Chesham – Chenies – Amersham – Chesham. 12.29 miles
Before leaving the house today, I decided that riding the same route as yesterday was, while not all that interesting, probably a rather wise move. The route was short enough for me to make it back if I still felt rough, and long enough for me to give it a “bit of wellie” if I didn’t.
I didn’t, so I did. I think. I mean that I didn’t feel that rough, so I gave it a “bit of wellie”. I rode hard, and found myself grinning like a flatulent chimpanzee by the time that I arrived at the top of the final climb.
The map is the same as yesterday. Funny that, since it’s the same route.
Todays bike: Pinarello Paris with full 9-speed Ultegra and Mavic Open Pros.
